[c-nsp] ftp.cisco.com unusable?

Strange, I know it's not just me, as several people were able to
confirm it, but kinda strange if it works for some people then. 

For me it is mostly just:
[ytti at ytti.fi ~]% lftp ftp.cisco.com
lftp ytti at ftp.cisco.com:~> ls                     
`ls' at 0 [Making data connection...]


Sometimes out of fluke it may work.
