[c-nsp] IPv6 redistribute bgp into ospf

Thanks a lot for your answers so far.
I'm aware that redistribution should be avoided in general if possible.
Unfortunately I need the setup to be exactly as described in my first post
(at least for now).
We're trying to change the setup so that we don't have deal with
redistribution at all, but even if we're able to accomplish this in the near
future, I'm keen on finding out why the described setup doesn't work that
way.
