[c-nsp] BGP Question

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out if this configuration can be accomplished.

Topology


CPE-----------CE-----------PE -------- Internet
ASN 1				  ASN 3

I'm trying to figure out a way where CPE and PE is peering with each
other, where CE is not using iBGP between PE but can still filter some
of the routes from PE. The PE can't really have any "custom"
configuration except simple neighboring. I have more flexibility with
the CE.

The PE basically has a lot of summary routes that I need to make more
specific, but can't really change much on the PE, the idea is to use the
CE to modify them then send the CPE more specific routes based on the
summary routes. The requirement for more specific routers is there to
eliminate some asymmetric routing (other links not shown).

I was looking at Local-AS and whether that could help. Not sure.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
