[c-nsp] Not Allowing Vlan 1 on trunk ports

You could do the opposite if you only want to remove vlan 1.
"switchport trunk allowed vlan except vlan 1", this will allow all vlans except 1

you cant have a 'switchport access' and 'switchport mode trunk'
(especially with nonegotiate).

but the rest of it is the way to go for sure.
