[c-nsp] changing VTP domain on 3750 not working

Strange, but if it works...

> > exit
> > configure terminal

> > delete vlan.dat

When you delete "vlan.dat" as the next to last step, you actually reset
all the settings to their default. If you omitted that part it would
work as expected.
