[c-nsp] 7206 NPE-G2 - Cat 3750 sfp issue

Hi all,

I use
1000BASE-LX/LH (GLC-LH-SM), on both Catalyst and 7206 NPE-G2, 
interface and protocol are up but I cannot do anything, what am I missing?
