[c-nsp] 4510 reporting dozens of config changes throughout the day...

Silly question, but are you running RANCID and do these changes appear
to be to port/vlan membership?

It is quite a common occurrence to have flapping ports be shown as
members and then suddenly not members of a vlan when rancid executes the
"show vlan" command.
