Yes... just not fast, but if you run a 2821/2852 with a gig of Ram, it can do multiple tables quite fine, it just takes a little while to fully load all the routes.

A 2811 with 768 will also be fine.  I wouldn't try a 2801... even with 512 it will be slow.
