Hello.

Are you talking about OSPF reconverge time it the situation? If you are, 
  the answer is 4 x OSPF hello timer configured on interfaces.( by 
default: 40 secs for  broadcast-multiaccess and point-to-point and 120 
secs for NBMA links).
