[c-nsp] number of broadband sessions on ESR10K and 7600

I can't tell for the 7600/ES+ (we're still testing it), but the C10k4 numbers are surely exaggerated (they most probably 
refer to the max hw/sw resources, but the cpu will reach its limit much sooner).
The ASR1k numbers are much closer to the reality.
