[c-nsp] IOS content filtering with Trend Micro

I was looking into doing web content filtering on ISRs with the trend
micro/IOS content filtering for some rudimentary blocking of bad
sites.  Wanted to see if anyone has used it, and any thought/opinions
on it.

Does it tax the router much?
How effective is it?
