Dear friends

I am trying to poll for CPU usage of Standby SUP7203b in 6500 Chassis.

I have tried polling PROCESS MIB but its returning only two Values for
cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex , which are of ACTIVE SUP. (SUP in Slot 8 is in
Standby state)

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.2.1 = INTEGER: 4017

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.2.2 = INTEGER: 4001

However walking on ENTITY MIB for entPhysicalIndex shows the CPU index for
both SUPs

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.47.1.1.1.1.2.4001 = STRING: "CPU of Switching Processor 7"

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.47.1.1.1.1.2.4017 = STRING: "CPU of Routing Processor 7"

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.47.1.1.1.1.2.5001 = STRING: "CPU of Switching Processor 8"

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.47.1.1.1.1.2.5017 = STRING: "CPU of Routing Processor 8"

I wonder why PROCESS MIB is not returning values for Standby SUP.. Is it
some limitation that Standby SUP cannot be polled? Or I am making some
mistake here??

Regards,

Asad
