[c-nsp] Stopping VTP on a specific port

Hey Jon,

1) They are trunk ports and must be trunk ports
2) I actually like CDP... very useful in diagnosing issues with customers
3) Doesn't stop being used as an bridge between two networks
4) hmmmm does just changing the native vlan on a trunk stop VTP by any
chance?
