[c-nsp] Etherchannel guard vs. mstp

We are running etherchannel on 6500s with MST all over the place.
Shouldn't be a problem. Also swapping from RPVST+ to MST without a
reload should not be a problem (did it many times when we migrated to
MST).
Please post your physical interface and portchannel interface configs
from both ends of the bundle that isn't working.
