Will this work ?
I need to setup a GRE tunnel between the two 1811 so that everything
is transparent to the ISP that wants to use our fiber link.
ISP is using dot1q vlan. Customer vlan are tagged by modem.
Everything needs to be transparent on my side as I don't want to add
vlan database and I don't want to see his traffic on my network.
I've come to the conclusion that I couldn't do it with the switch
currently in place. So I got two 1811 laying around that might do what
I want.

What you guys think ?

BH= Wireless Backhaul
The BH will be plugged into the switch port of the 1811.
SW2924 will be plugged into the router port of the 1811 which will be
the port of the tunnel.

INTERNET -- SW2950 -- BH -- RT1811 -- SW2924 --FIBER-- SW2924 --
RT1811 -- BH --SW2950 -- INTERNET CLIENT

Thanks,
Charles (learning)
