These are the defaults:

#sh mls cef maximum-routes

  IPv4 + MPLS         - 512k (default)
  IPv6 + IP Multicast - 256k (default)

No, you can change this, you have 1M total to play with, this is 
partitioned between L2, L3 (IPv4/v6/MPLS etc).
