If you summarised your route that the IP pool comes from, perhaps OSPF
wouldn't need to rebuild it's SPF tree.
# ip route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.248 Null0 200
# router ospf 1
# network 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.248
# exit
