[c-nsp] WS-X6704-10GE card doesn't perform DSCP marking

Yes, I have this command in global config.
We've added it to save DSCP transparency on the edge routers - because without it,
DSCP field is rewritten with MPLS EXP field value.
And there are a lot of client's services with policy-maps with double-set statements :
set mpls exp imposition Y
set ip dscp XX

But this will destroy DSCP transparency..
I've used this link (we have RSP720, 3CXL):

Although, I've tried to add "mls qos rewrite ip dscp", the result is the same - traffic is matched on the router, but not marked:-(
