Hi guys,

Just quick question pretty straight forward about RSTP. In a triangle
topology as below

  A(f) ---------- (f)C
    | (b)
  B(f)_________|

Let's say A is root and B backup root, port to B is block on C, and port to
A is forwarding.

When i shut down the root port, no problem, it converges in less than 1 sec.

My question is when the port on C is un shut, so back up, the handshake
starts between A and C ( i mean proposal and agreement),

and after the handshake, on C port facing A should move from blocking to
forwarding. In that case, does C send out a TC on this port and flush is MAC
address table?

tks
Sam
