Hello Jonas,
I didn't check but I'd suspect your 12.1 won't support a 48xGE blade. Maybe you've mistakenly checked for 6148 w/o the -GE?
Would it be possible to run 12.2SXF instaed of 12.1? I've had that running on Sup2/MSFC2 for quite some while working fine.
