[c-nsp] do i *need* DFCs on the 6500?

is this a figure that can be quoted from somewhere? it seems a very useful pointer -
I can easily graph this value (i hope!) via SNMP and therefore can see if/when
we need the kit :-)

CoPP pointer was very useful too - and I'm interested in best practice policers
