[c-nsp] Delivering T1s via Channelised DS3?

The -EC card will offload MLPPP bundles that stay on the card. We use
non EC cards for this with an NPE-G1 and they work fine for what we
have on there, which is not that many bundles (single digits) and most
bundles have 2-3 T1's.
