Hi Jerome,
   Could be due to memory hardware problem. Does the device ever crashed earlier with this particular version of IOS? You may issue the 'dir /all' command and see whether there is any crashinfo being saved for earlier crashes.
   Are you able to open a Cisco TAC case for this issue?
