[c-nsp] ER and ZR 10G Optics

ER and ZR optics can be used to connect to each other. I have done this
before with succes.
Keep in mind that you can use the maximum distance of the ER optic. Also
use attenuators of 10 dB if you are testing this setup in a lab.
