Please
find the attached file which shows the error we face when i try to retrieve
the information from the primary SCE








Nothing
changed on the configuration unless we add several lines such as the below on
to monitor individual IP addresses (i.e. Customers)

if)#subscriber name 100100 property name monitor value 1
