Yes.

I have never been able to find a definitive list of the "bugs" fixed in 
later minor hardware revisions. I suspect Cisco are not keen to reveal 
it; it would make their sparing difficult ("You sent me an older sup, I 
want a newer one").

FWIW we have Hw 4.4, 4.6, 5.2 and 5.4 in service at various places. Hw 
revision does seem to correspond roughly with purchase date i.e. newer 
is higher.
