Hi Vijay - there could be a number of things wrong here..

Are you seeing increasing errors on any interface? (potential link related
issue)
Are all the CDP neighbors actually showing in 'show cdp neighbor' as
expected? (potential implementation bug)

In order to answer your question about a potential impact on your network,
firstly what are you using CDP for?
