[c-nsp] full duplex mismatch speed - dynamips

Jeff,

use the 'show interface FastEthernet0/0' command on this router (R3)
and see a problem:

'duplex mismatch discovered on FastEthernet0/0 ''(not full duplex)''
<- this interface not operate in fullduplex mode.'
