Ok, so I decided to try this on a 7200 running c7200-a3jk9s-mz.124-8d.bin
Cisco says that FRF.16 works on this IOS.
Here is how I have it configured

Here is the results

MFR0.16 - - - - - - - - -
MFR0.17 - - - - - - - - -
I have tried adding the "frame-relay intf-type nni" to the MFR0 int with no change.
Anybody have any thoughts they could share? Thanks
