[c-nsp] Juniper M20 to Cisco 2600 Multilink Frame Relay & FRF.16 issues

Ok, so I decided to try this on a 7200 running c7200-a3jk9s-mz.124-8d.bin

Cisco says that FRF.16 works on this IOS.

Here is how I have it configured

I have tried adding the "frame-relay intf-type nni" to the MFR0 int with no change.

Anybody have any thoughts they could share?  Thanks
