Seeing the you use GMail you seem to have both. :-)
According to the Cisco Feature Navigator[0], using the "Search by
Feature"[1], the feature seems to be called "MPLS TE - Auto-bandwidth
enhancement". Following the "Show Description(s)" button for this
feature and then the "For More Information..." link[1], the Cisco 7600
is described as supporting this feature from IOS 12.2(33)SRE.
I don't know the feature and haven't used it. I'm just using the tools
that Cisco provides to the public to find out things like these.
