[c-nsp] Two questions in re ACL-Based Forwarding (ABF) in IOS-XR.

1.	Is ABF available in XR for the 12000/GSR?  The Command Reference says yes, but Feature Navigator says no (typical, heh).

2.	In setting a nexthop via ABF, does said nexthop have to be a direct adjacency, or can it be any downstream/cross-stream/upstream prefix will which have the end-result of shoving the relevant packets out of the box via the desired interface?
