I don't think this can be done.  After all, the whole *point* of having
two different EIGRP processes is to have, well, two independent EIGRP
processes - and each routing protocol will evaluate its own metrics only
inside its own process, and then feed the best prefix to the "master
routing table merger" (who checks administrative distance to decide).

(Cisco, of course.  Juniper does this differently)

It *might* work to redistribute from "eigrp 1" to "eigrp 2" and have
eigrp 2 be the master-decider with lowest AD.  But then, it might not 
work, or it might cause funny routing loops and break your network - test
in lab.
