[c-nsp] ACE4710 - NTP Version

I've just made some tests with A4(1.0) and A3(2.6) and I verified that the
ACE4710 uses NTPv2.

Can anyone confirm this ?

I'm asking this because I have a customer where the ACE only synchronizes
with a Stratum 1 Server but not with a Stratum 2 Server. Maybe there is no
relation between the two things but these are facts.

I made some tests with a router as a NTP Server and wasn't able to reproduce
the problem. The customer's Server is an Oscilloquartz appliance.

Any hints ?
