[c-nsp] print utility for WAAS?

hi:
   I need the printers utilities for cisco waas. according to the
trouble shooting guide below:

  there is a  print_fix.exe and print_diff.exe. but the guide only
said that you should:

"Using FTP, transfer the Print Utilities.zip file from the Cisco.com
software download site to the Windows client machine. "

  but I can not find where is the "Print Utilities.zip". anybody know
where it is so I can tell my vendor to download for me?
