Would this apply to the 3750 Metro, too?

Subject: [c-nsp] c3750x upgrade to 12.2(55)SE1 takes forever
Just a heads-up for those planning to upgrade to 12.2(55)SE1 on the 3750X
platform: this version includes both a bootloader upgrade and a hardware
microcode upgrade. I did a upgrade on a C3750X stack several days ago,
which took fully 38 minutes of nail-scratching downtime before all stack
members were back in service.
It doesn't mention the microcode upgrade in the release notes, nor give any
hint that the upgrade will take a very long time indeed. If there's anyone
from Cisco listening: it would really help if this sort of thing was
mentioned in the release notes - please! Not everyone is in a position to
lab-test their upgrades.
Nick
