mostly.  Still has some problems with the amount of space allocated for 
attribute-download info, which will probably be helped by some tweaks 
promised in a future version of IOX.  Also, it doesn't yet support 
recording the peer-as for ipv6 traffic ("record ipv6 peer-as"), although 
you can work around this by using next-hop information.  For the archive, 
this information is relevant as of iox 4.0.0.
