[c-nsp] L2TP issue on c2801

Hello,

I'm trying to connect my branch office to head quarter with L2TP. We are
renting 3G modem for L2TP from Mobile operator.
When I'm dialing from 3G modem to LAC through LNS but I've got the following
error on my c2801.

I don't know the Mobile operator does on the ZTE equipments. I hope that ZTE
equipment is LAC. They told me they enabled the L2TP settings.

Does anyone have experience on this issue please help me.
