[c-nsp] Limit Debit on a EoMPLS tunnels ?

Hi

I have a small EoMPLS tunnels :

pseudowire-class EoMPLS
 encapsulation mpls
 interworking ethernet

interface GigabitEthernet0/2.910
 encapsulation dot1Q 910
 no cdp enable
 xconnect 10.206.5.180 910 encapsulation mpls


Anyone know what is the solution for limit this tunnels at 20 Mbits ?
a Policy ? ACL ?
