After reload, 3550 does not load share
Symptom:

A 3550 was reloaded. After it came back online, it was no longer load-sharing correctly out of its two uplinks (g0/1 + g0/2). All of the traffic was only going out one uplink.

Workaround:

Performed "shut" and "no shut" on the interface. Load sharing would come back on these two links.
