Sorry, but that's not possible on a 3550-class of switch. Only
standard Catalyst (that I'm aware of) supporting it are 6500 with
WS-X67xx LC's using CoS-mutation
(http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/12.2SX/configuration/guide/qos.html#wp1727443).

A ME3400E (notice the E in the end) will do the trick
