Have you considered converting your current WAN OSPF links to BGP so you
can use standard BGP route preference controls to select the best route?

If that is not possible, another approach (albeit painful) is to use
route summarization/fragmentation so that the BGP routes are longer
prefixes than the remote OSPF routes.
