MEM-XCEF720-512M, you can buy about 1.5 units before you have
WS-F6700-DFC3C. Same is true for MEM-XCEF720-1GB versus WS-F6700-DFC3CXL.

But IIRC they are PC2100 DDR SO-DIMM chips, so maybe rather buy 3rd party.
