600Mbps is a fair bit of traffic, had a collegue nbar an interface of a
router doing around 200Mbps raised the cpu from ~30% to ~50%, not sure
if that helps. As for QoS, you meantioned marking, are you just marking
packets or applying queing policies. Post the policy might help.
