[c-nsp] 3750E 12.2(53)SE2 swallows blank lines for banner motd

it is not. See the output of sh run:

#sh running-config | begin banner motd
banner motd ^C
         This is __switchname__
         Blabla
         Unauthorized .
^C

Any more ideas?
