[c-nsp] Buffer Header Checksum Error

Hmm... Yeah... Old switch...

FWIW, we connected the 3524 to another port on the 6509, and it works 
fine.  i forgot mention that the module on the 6509 is a WS-X6348-RJ-45. 
We were in Fa3/2 when the probs happened.  Now we're in Fa3/3 without 
probs.  Ugh.  Do you think bad port?
