[c-nsp] ipv6 static route with tracking

Brandon,

Even though this is not available natively in IOS, it should be possible
to implement using a relatively simple EEM policy.
Would be happy to help if interested.

Answering my own post.  Opened a TAC case on this and was told it's a 
roadmap item - but no ETA.  :(
