[c-nsp] 7600 redistribution on 12.2SRD

We saw this week something strange with eigrp, all nodes were able to
see them with "topo" command but they were not learning routes from
neighbours, we needed to do some "cler ip ro vrf ABCD *" in several
vrfs.
I dont know if it is related.
