[c-nsp] Line card faulty?

Daniel-

Depending on IOS, start by issuing the command "show diagnostic results mod
3" and look for any tests that have failed. If you do see any failed tests
(F's), try re-seating the module. Software's most likely not the issue since
you've got the same blade, online and fine. If the test fails again, you're
most likely looking at bad hardware, depending on what test(s) failed.
Definitely don't let this slide if you can avoid it...some failed tests
won't affect your network and some will, depending on flows and what
physical interfaces you're actually using.
