The version of our GSR is:
Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) GS Software (GSR-P-M), Version 12.0(32)SY7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
 I dont have any spare SFC's, i will check on forcing the changeover if i
get the prob again.

Ok, a few suggestions:

Do you have any spare SFC's or CSC's?  If so, swap out an SFC, or put
in the secondary CSC if you have one.

Try forcing a changeover to the standby RP and see if that changes
anything.  Could even be a problem with the standby.

Reseat all cards (including the CSC and SFCs) and see if that changes
anything.

What version of IOS?

Here's similar output from our 12012 (which has a bad FastEthernet
that I know about, that is throwing an SRAM parity error; I just
haven't replaced it yet):
