[c-nsp] 6500/Sup720 SXI3 VTY issues

I recently upgraded a 6500/SUP720 from Hybrid to Native 12.2(33)SXI3 and I'm noticing an issue that has both myself and TAC pretty perplexed. While TAC researches for bugs, I thought I'd ask whether this at all looks familiar to anyone else.
Essentially, I'm only able to establish one single telnet session to the box. As far as connected VTYs are concerned, the box thinks that all are in use. As far as connected callers are concerned, the box thinks that there are 16. As far as who's actually logged in, the box thinks I am the only one logged in. As far as actual TCP connections are concerned, there is only one; mine.
